Our wines are made exclusively from grapes grown in our vineyards located at our estates: El Dique, La Central, La Soledad, Orfila, and El Globo. Grapes are harvested by hand in 15 kg (33 lb) baskets. Once they arrive at the winery, the grapes undergo a thorough selection process to ensure only the best are chosen. Using state-of-the-art machinery, we ensure the grape juice retains all its taste and aromas. During a controlled temperature fermentation, these properties are fully expressed in the final wines.
